CIRCE'S ISLAND

The enchantress shows us our animal selves and offers
us transformation. But it is not a transformation to be
feared, as it was by Odysseus and his men. In the animal
lies our deepest wisdom. Circe's rose-crowned wand
directs us to our highest end.
